Some ideas to get you started:

• Share your personal coming out stories
  
• What does it mean to be Out in your racial and/or cultural community?
• Do you have words of support or encouragement you’d like to share with closeted lesbians of color?
  
• Is Coming Out important, or is it overly focused on in our community?
  
• Is Coming Out a similar experience universally or is it different for women of color? 

These are just a few examples of how you can approach the subject. Expand on any of these or create your own, and let your voice be heard!
